Healthy Eating
What is Healthy Eating? It means that you can eat things which are healthy and you can also eat things which are not healthy. If you want to stay healthy, in order you must exercise,eat healthy food and you must not eat 'junk' food. You can also eat food which are not healthy but you should only eatthem somtimes. You can eat vegetables or fruits. You should eat 2 servings of vegetables or fruit each day. E.g of 'junk' food are sweet, saty food and oily food. It is important to eat healthy food so that you would not get diseases.Some diseases are dibeties and other such other diseases. I like to eat fruits and vegetables because they are juicy and sweet. So eating fruits and vegetables are good for our body. If you eat to much of fruits and vegetables is also not good.
